Frequently Asked Questions

There's much to see here. So take your time, look around, and learn all there is to know about us. We hope you enjoy our site and take a moment to drop us a line.

Here are answers to our most frequently questions:

What time do you open?

We are open from 9.45am every Saturday. So get booked up and get here nice and early for the fun to begin.

Is there parking on-site?

There is ample parking on site.

Will we all be together as one team for the event?

What should we wear?

We recommend you wear something you are comfortable moving around in and that will dry quickly. So ideally not jeans and preferably trainers. Fancy dress is permitted should you wish to dress up.

Is there somewhere to keep our valuables?

Please do not bring valuables with you if you don't have to. There is a marquee that you can leave your bags in but we cannot take responsibility for any lost or stolen items. This marquee is not manned 24/7.

Is food available onsite?

Yes, you can purchase food or drink on site.

Are there any changing facilities onsite?

Yes, there is somewhere that your group can change.

What time does the event finish?

This will depend on the number of teams booked onto the day, usually each group takes approximately two hours to get around all the games.

Will the event run in bad weather?

Yes, we are an all weather venue with outdoor and indoor space available depending on the weather that day

Can we take photos or film the event?

Of course you are more than welcome to record the day's events as you wish.

Can we choose the games we play?

The events are pre-allocated by ourselves for the weekends, so it is not possible to choose unfortunately. We always ensure that there are a mixture of water games, inflatable games and costume games for maximum enjoyment on the day.

Do we have to participate in all the games?

No one will force you or anyone in your party to participate in a game if you really don't want to. Although you don't have to be super fit to enjoy them, some of the events are more physical than others, so do trust your instincts if you think one of the games might be too demanding.

Do we have a break?

There are no scheduled breaks in the event, but there will be a few minutes spare during the day in between games so that you can grab a drink.
